Mindfulness involves attending to your present moment experience and circumstances without judgment or resistance. This practice can be integrated into everyday life and can help you step out of automatic pilot.  Mindfulness techniques are clinically proven to help individuals with a variety of stress related conditions and concerns.  For more information about mindfulness, please see the links under the client resources page.

I offer mindfulness training in the areas of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness Self-Compassion(MSC), and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

I provide mindfulness training for:

  • Individual Psychotherapy Clients
  • Professional Organizations, Community Based Organizations, Health Care Centers
  • Mindfulness Groups

Mindfulness Training for Health Care Professionals

I currently run a Mindfulness Group for health care providers of all types.  This Mindfulness Group incorporates methods from Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness Self-Compassion (MSC), and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). This is not a therapy group, rather it is designed to foster the practice of mindfulness and self-care.
